Reason for cancellation It is mentioned in the contract notice that the award of the contract is subject to the condition of the prior adoption of the financing decision ENI/2020/042-591 -EU 4 Fighting Corruption. The related financing decision was not adopted and thus the precondition is not met. Therefore as indicated in the contract notice, the contracting authority is cancelling the tender procedure without the candidates or tenderers being entitled to claim any compensation. Notes: Should a new tender procedure be launched for this project, a new contract notice will be published, unless the contracting authority awards the contract through a negotiated procedure - in which case only the award of the contract will be published. |
