Description succincte:
Bij stadsvernieuwing en omgevingsbeleid wensen we in te zetten op een globale aanpak van gelijkaardige studieopdrachten voor volgende projecten: investeringsprojecten waar voorafgaande mobiliteitsonderzoeken (schoolomgevingen, gevaarlijke kruispunten en fietsroutes) noodzakelijk zijn en heraanleg van straten (t.g.v. acute rioleringsproblematiek) en pleinen (kleinere lokale pleinen zoals Ramen). Daarnaast is voor diverse projecten technische bijstand (tekenwerk, rekennota's, opmaak en indienen omgevingsvergunningen, [...]) opportuun om vlotter naar realisatie over te kunnen gaan (bv. afbraak Kava en oude beenhouwerij te Bissegem). Met dit raamcontract wensen we permanent een studiebureau ter hand te hebben om de vooruitgang van deze investeringsprojecten te kunnen verzekeren.
