Informations complémentaires: The tender is being cancelled due to the following reason: Energinet has not yet received the expected establishment approval from the Danish Environmental Protection Agency, part of the Ministry of Environment of Denmark (Miljøstyrelsen). There is no prospect, as to when the approval will be received. The tender is, therefore, being cancelled due to this uncertainty and Energinet intends to re-publish the tender, once the approval has been obtained.

This must be noted in Appendix C “Tender reply slips”. - Extensions beyond (i) and (ii) above may be granted by Insurers subject to a risk review, and paid by the Insured according to rates to be negotiated.
