Informations relatives aux délais de recours: Pursuant to the Danish Act on the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the following time limits apply for the submission of complaints: A complaint concerning a failure to be prequalified must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 20 calendar days from the day following the dispatch of a notification to the affected applicants regarding who has been selected, cf. section 171(2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act, or section 2(1)(1) of the Complaints Board Act, where the notification is accompanied by a statement of reasons for the decision. In other situations, a complaint concerning a procurement procedure must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement within: 45 calendar days after the contracting authority has published a contract award notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. The time limit is calculated from the day following the date on which the notice was published. 30 calendar days, calculated from the day following the date on which the contracting authority has informed the affected tenderers that a contract based on a framework agreement involving reopening of competition or a dynamic purchasing system has been concluded, provided that the notification included a statement of reasons for the decision. Six months after the contracting authority has concluded a framework agreement, calculated from the day following the date on which the contracting authority has informed the affected candidates and tenderers, cf. section 2(2) of the Complaints Board Act or section 171(4) of the Danish Public Procurement Act. 20 calendar days, calculated from the day following the date on which the contracting authority has communicated its decision, cf. section 185(2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act. No later than simultaneously with the submission of a complaint to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the complainant must notify the contracting authority in writing that a complaint has been filed with the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and state whether the complaint has been submitted during the standstill period, cf. section 6(4) of the Complaints Board Act. In cases where the complaint has not been submitted during the standstill period, the complainant must also indicate whether suspension (interim measures) of the complaint is requested, cf. section 12(1) of the Complaints Board Act.

As Agilent is the original manufacturer and sole provider of the required service and technical support, it is assessed that only Agilent can ensure stable operation, access to updates, and compliance with spare part and technical expertise requirements.
