Broad researchers develop unique analytical tools that only they have knowledge and skills to, and there are no equivalent on the market. The analysis is using research that have been developed by Broad for years and their close collaboration with researchers from University of Helsinki. Specifically, they have the ability and access to modify tools that they have developed such as LDPred, GATK, HALI, Hali Batch, Terra, which are essential for the success of FinnGen. During FinnGen1 and FinnGen 2 these tools have been developed and modified specifically for the project and this work will continue in FinnGen
3. Based on the specific knowledge and skills, Broad is the only supplier that can offer the comprehensive analysis of the data as needed to successfully realize and complete the study.
