Titre: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Electro-Optical / Infra-Red -sensor (EO/IR-sensor) system
Description: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command (later on FDFLOGCOM or contracting entity) is gathering information for a potential procurement of a stand alone Electro-Optical / Infra-Red -sensor (EO/IR-sensor) system for the Finnish Army NH90 tactical transport helicopters. Suppliers are invited to submit their views and means for potential procurement. The received information will be used as a basis for the next phases of the possible procurement. FDFLOGCOM requests your views on the issues stated in the Appendix 1, EOS RFI Questions. Please notice, that Excel table contains tabs:

6. Commercial matters If the Supplier proposes more than one product/solution they should be clearly separated from each other. DELIVERY OF RFI REPLY: The required information shall be presented no later than 14th of September 2025 using the attached excel sheet (Appendix 1) in English by email to purchase5.fdflogcom@mil.fi Please note that the reference number “RFI 4579/2025 EOS” should be used in email. FDFLOGCOM would appreciate if your company answered to all questions as accurately as possible. FDFLOGCOM is conducting a market consultation by this document, Request for Information (RFI). The RFI is not a contract notice or a Request for Quotation initiating a procurement process. This RFI should not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Finnish Defence Forces to implement any procurement, and the decision on initiating a potential procurement process is made after the market consultation.
