Titre: The Renovation Project of Big Stage Refurbishment
Description: Helsinki City Theatre will be renovating the big stage’s engineering equipment and mechanical systems (referred also as “Renovation” or “Repair Project”). The scope of the contract is the execution of the refurbishment, including the needed equipment and materials for the renovation (hereinafter referred to “Delivery”). Design and supervision of the Renovation is not in the scope of this procurement. Options:
Description des options: Helsinki City Theatre (the Client) may decide to order and buy support and maintenance services after the warranty period has ended wit the maintenance Agreement. The maintenance Agreement is an option on the procurement process on Renovation Project of Big Stage Refurbishment. The Client is not obligated to enter into the Agreement on these Services. The Client will decide about the use of the option for each year (year 4-10) separately and annually. Hence, there are all together seven (7) one (1) year options on support and maintenance.
