Titre: Improvement of water supply system in the Old Royal Capital Cetinje, Montenegro
Description: This contract includes the following elements: ? installation of transit and distribution pipelines of diameter DN32 to DN400, with approximate length of 92 km, ? construction of new reservoirs and installation of flow meters. ? reconstruction of the existing water supply network, ? reconstruction of the transit pipeline from BC Lašor to the reservoir Zagrablje, ? construction of the new reservoir Sandin vrh 1 and booster station Sandin vrh 2, ? reconstruction of the pumping station Višnjica and the breaking chamber Velja Gora Works will be implemented according to FIDIC Red Book (1999 ed). Works shall be implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Montenegrin legislation and relevant EU and EIB requirements. The Contractor must particularly consider licensing and permits requirements in the Law on Construction of Structures in Montenegro in force.

Titre: Improvement of water supply system in the Old Royal Capital Cetinje, Montenegro
Description: The indicative scope of works covers the following elements:
1. Reconstruction of the water infrastructure of Cetinje: The activities planned to be implemented based on detailed design include: reconstruction of the existing water supply network, i.e. transit distributive pipelines with diameter DN150 to DN400, distribution pipelines with diameter DN100 and connecting pipelines with diameter DN32 to DN63; construction of a shelter for water meters (1940 pieces) with the installation of a water meters (3250 pieces); reservoir R "Sandin vrh 1", volume V=500m3, III altitude zone, with booster station “Sandin vrh 2”.
2. Reconstruction of the transport pipeline from breaking chamber Lašor to R Zagrablje: Within reconstruction of the transport pipeline from breaking chamber Lašor to R Zagrablje three pipelines are planned: transit pipeline for filling the existing tank “Sandin vrh-2” of the second altitude zone, from the BC “Lašor”; transit pipeline from the BC “Lašor” to the existing reservoir “Zagrablje”; and distribution pipeline from the reservoir “Zagrablje” for the I altitude zone.
3. Reconstruction of the pumping station Višnjica and the breaking chamber Velja Gora include: installation of a new control panel for electric pumps with an energy-efficient starting device (start/stop pumps); replacement and installation of 4 existing with 4 new cutting-edge electric pumps equipped with energy-efficient IE4 motors; installation or integration with the existing SCADA system for real time monitoring of the work and performance of the pumping station; installation of a remote flow control system in the chamber of Velja Gora; replacement of internal electrical installations-FM-distribution system and installation of internal/external lighting with -LED- technology; fire protection system installation; substation construction made of reinforced concrete (distribution substation type DTS 6/0.4kV with dry transformers of power 1600kVA).
