Bergen Municipality, with any collaboration municipalities and institutions, will hold a new contest for a framework agreement for tools and similar products. We request that all interested suppliers register their interest in the Mercell system. We plan to send the contest documents for a hearing at the registered interested parties, so that the interested parties can comment and provide feedback on the contest documents before the tender notice. We will possibly also extend an invitation to short, digital dialogue meetings. |

Painting tools (brushes, rollers, fillers, etc.) are exempted, as a separate contract has been signed. The framework agreement will not apply for Bergen Municipality's department Bergen Vann, which will sign a separate contract. In Bergen Municipality, the framework agreement will primarily be used by units that provide technical services, for example, the Agency for Building and Property, or Bergen Fire Service, but also by other municipal units that need tools. The framework agreement will have e-commerce as its only ordering channel. Ordering through other channels (sale over the counter, ordering over the telephone or email, or equivalent) will not be allowed, unless the product that is required is not covered by the e-commerce catalogue that the tenderer must regularly upload. The contract value stated in this prior information notice is a very rough estimate, and it will be adjusted on the basis of updated supplier statistics and the participation of collaboration municipalities and institutions. |
