The contest is for the delivery of audiovisual equipment. The framework agreement does not include PCs, network components, servers, software, toners/ink for the contracting authority's existing multifunction machines and mobile telephones as Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid has a separate contract for these. Neither does the framework agreement include equipment and services in the stage/lighting/sound segment. The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement for project related work and for work carried out in turnkey contracts/general contracts and/or if the contract suppliers are not able to fulfil the set requirements/needs, response time, etc. |

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 21 million excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The contracting authority shall enter into an agreement with 3 or more tenderers, if a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded. |
