The aim of the procurement is to establish a new framework agreement for books (printed) and digital teaching aids for schools. This also includes a licence administration tool for optimising procurements/licensing. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for NOK 34,000,000 excluding VAT a year in the recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 165 million excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. |

The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The contract period is from and including 2022-10-04 until and including 2024-10-03. The contract will automatically be valid for a further 2 years unless terminated by one of the parties. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded. |
