The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer per zone. The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded. ESPD As part of the simplification of public procurements, and based on experience from similar, former procurements where many tenderers have limited experience with submitting tenders, the contracting authority has chosen not to require ESPD to be included in this call for tenders.
