Description: Price will be evaluated based on: - The total evaluation sum based on the offered prices and the evaluation amounts as follows: The contracting authority estimates the same number of customer centrals of type A and B. Amongst both of these types are: o 30% of the two smallest types (S1 and S2) o 50% of the next three (S3-S5) o 20% of the three largest (S6-S8) - Any price consequences if the tender includes a regulator other than Danfoss ECL310. The price consequences will be an addition to the evaluation sum of NOK 300,000,-. The contracting authority prepares specific evaluation amounts based on the percentage distribution above, which will be used for comparing the tenders. The specific evaluation amounts will not be made available for tenderers in the tender phase. The evaluation sum includes prices for a complete customer central with standard development automation, cf. QA-13. - Any price consequences if the standard regulation automation c.f. KS-13 contains a different regulator than Danfoss ECL310. The price consequences will be an addition to the evaluation sum of 210,000,-. - Any price consequences of deviations/reservations. Additional prices that the Contracting Authority can choose (cf. KS-14) will not be included in the evaluation sum.

Description: Climate and environment will be evaluated on the basis of: * Emission of kg of CO2-ekv. per kg for the steel that is included in the production of the customer centres, from raw material to factory port (phases A1-A3 in accordance with EN 15804 and NS 3720). * Emissions for transport from the factory to delivery to the Contracting Authority (phase A4 in accordance with EN15804 and NS 3720).
