Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, ß19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement. Contract The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms. The agreement will be valid from and including 2022-09-09 until and including 2026-09-08, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, for 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded. ESPD As part of the simplification of public procurements, and based on experience from similar, former procurements where many tenderers have limited experience with submitting tenders, the contracting authority has chosen not to require ESPD to be included in this call for tenders.
