The objective and scope of the agreement: The contest is for the provision of services for project and construction management, consulting engineering services, and ARK, framework agreement. The contest is split into 9 groups: Electrical Engineering (RIE). Consultant engineer for water, sewage and surface water (RIVA). Consultant engineer for heating, ventilation and sanitation engineering, HVAC (RIV). Construction management/project management. Construction, (RIB). ARK / LARK / Area planner. Consultant engineer fire (RIBR). Geotechnics RiG (specialist avalanche/landslide) Environment (RIM). The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. The contracting authority has previously procured for NOK 18 million excluding VAT a year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. |

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded. |
