All fields on the tab The "price form" marked with yellow shall be completed. Missing filling in the price fields can lead to difficulty in assessing the tender offer, and the tender can then be rejected. Emphasis is put on the fact that the estimates in the price form are not based on real need and are not binding for the customer. The estimates are set in order to get comparable tenders. All prices are excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred. in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer included in this competition. Costs that the tenderer knows will be added, but not specifically stated in the tender, will be seen as included in the stated Costs. Tenderers shall give a price for software and licences (cost price/value+mark-up percentage) and a price for licence management services (annual fixed price). The contracting authority will emphasise that the offered licence managers are well qualified and personally suited for the role of the customer ´s fixed point of contact. Certification level and solid practical experience from equivalent licence management services will be emphasised. It will be particularly relevant if the offered license managers have experience with licensing comparable municipalities/ICT cooperation of the same size/complexity and experience with licences for primary and secondary schools and municipal health services.
