Description: The objective of the procurement is to enter into a service concession contract for kiosk operations for Østfold Hospital. The contract will include concessions for kiosk operations as well as the hire of premises for the kiosk operation. Østfold Hospital currently has kiosk operations at two locations in Kalnes and in Moss. For the rent of the premises, the tenant shall pay remuneration to Østfold Hospital as a fixed basis per square meter and a turnover based rent, see the annex 2 contract. The kiosk operation is subject to special terms from Østfold Hospital, which shall always be upheld. The tenant shall plan and pay for the furnishing of the premises. The system shall be approved by Østfold Hospital.
