Description: Nye Veier intends to enter into a contract with Ramudden AS. The contract will be a continuation of a sub-supplier contract for traffic safety after cancelling the turnkey contract for the stretch E6 Ranheim-Værnes. Nye Veier will continue a adapted contract with Ramudden to ensure traffic safety on and along the section Sveberg N – Værnes until the new contractor is in place. The contract period will be until the construction work can start with the new contractor(s). Scope of the agreement: - Safeguarding approved work notification plans against the sign authority and the road owner. - Prepare and implement work notification plans that are adapted to the period up until the construction work starts again. - Continuation of the hire relationship of signs and barrier materials, which are currently necessary to ensure good traffic safety and traffic flow. - Maintenance of signs and barrier products that have been established. - Stand-by 24-7 for acute events in the construction area In addition, the tenderer will assist with Consultancy services for, among other things, work notifications as needed from Nye Veier - Consultancy services in order to contribute to a smooth transition by resuming site work for section 2 Sveberg N – Værnes. The contract work will have a limited length as the need will be to ensure safe traffic flow in the period up until the new contractor can take over this responsibility - tentatively by 2027. The estimated annual contract value is NOK 4-5 million (NOK 2,025,000,000).

Autre justification: The contracting authority considers that the terms for holding a procurement without a competition in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §13-4 letter b) 2) are fulfilled with the following reason: The need arose as a result of a non-planned cancellation of a turnkey contract for E6 Ranheim – Værnes. The responsibility for the stretch Ranheim-Sveberg has transferred a new contractor and this intention notice applies for the remaining stretch between Sveberg-Værnes. Ramudden AS, as a sub-supplier for the cancelled turnkey contract, has been responsible for the preparation of all work notification plans/approvals as they are available and it is not appropriate to involve new suppliers to continue or complete the necessary assignments. It will be an unreasonable resource intensive if a new supplier shall replace all signs and barrier material that have already been established on the stretch.
