Principales caractéristiques de la procédure: This contract is for operational and maintenance assignments and any minor reinforcement jobs on county roads and foot and cycle paths with the accompanying side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in Oppdal, Rennebu, Midtre Gauldal, Melhus, parts of Skaun and Trondheim municipalities. The work assignments include operational and maintenance assignments in accordance with the description in handbook R610 and the contract chapter D1 and the accompanying administrative work. The aim of this contract is to ensure traffic safety, accessibility and road capital. The work in this contract shall be carried out in accordance with orders and agreed plans and it will mainly be carried out in accordance with the agreed hourly rates and amounts used. The exception from this is the following: For winter operations, the contractor has a functional responsibility to maintain the road standard, but the builder has full freedom to at any time change the scope, nature and quality/level of the work to be carried out, cf. chapter. C2 point
6. 3. These works shall be settled in accordance with the agreed availability and hourly rates for crews and machines. The contractor is responsible for stand-by that is settled as a round sum and which is also approved per annum for each turn-out, cf. The contract administration will be settled as a round sum. Materials for use in winter operations are procured by contractors. Other materials for use in the execution of the contract are procured through contracts by Trøndelag County. The road network included in the assignment (including metrated arms, ramps, junction parts and side-system parts, but not including annexes or oncoming roadways) consists of: 525.718 km road in total.
