Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR ß19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this agreement. Contract The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms. The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2022-09-05 until and including 2024-06-04, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, with 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded. |
