This in an invitation to a market dialogue on a planned procurement of anaesthesia apparatuses for Helse Stavanger HF. The equipment will be installed in the new hospital, which is under construction (NyeSUS). Suppliers of anaesthesia apparatuses are asked to send in information on the equipment that can be offered, and any input on the coming procurement via Mercell. See the document ëInvitation to the market dialogueí for more information on what information is requested. Dialogue meetings/supplier presentations will be held on 7 and 8 November 2022, and tenderers of anaesthesia apparatuses are encouraged to register. One meeting will be held per tenderer, there will not be a joint conference. Registration deadline 17.10.2022 via the Mercell communication module. |

This in an invitation to a market dialogue on a planned procurement of anaesthesia apparatuses for Helse Stavanger HF. The equipment will be installed in the new hospital, which is under construction (NyeSUS). A minimum of 32 floor mounted anaesthesia apparatuses will be procured for general use in the central operation at Nye SUS. The market dialogue is part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is carried out as the contracting authority would like to map what anaesthesia apparatuses are available in the market, get an indication of the price level in the market, and get input on the procurement from potential suppliers. As part of this process, suppliers of anaesthesia apparatuses are invited to send information on the equipment that can be offered and possibly give input on the contracting authority's pending procurement via Mercell. See the document ëInvitation to the market dialogueí for more information on what information is requested. The deadline for submitting the requested written documentation is 24.10.2022. Dialogue meetings/supplier presentations will be held on 7 and 8 November 2022, and tenderers of anaesthesia apparatuses are encouraged to register. One meeting will be held per tenderer, there will not be a joint conference. Registration deadline: 17.10.2022. A maximum of two hours will be set aside per tenderer. We envisage that tenderers will have one hour to present the anaesthesia apparatuses (general and technical information on the apparatuses), and then afterwards one hour will be set aside for questions/answers, as well as allowing participants to look at/touch the equipment. The dialogue meetings will be held at Stavanger University Hospital. The meeting place and exact time will be notified after the registration deadline has expired. NOTE! Registration or questions about the market dialogue must go via the communication module in Mercell. Requested written documentation is also to be submitted here. |
