Description: The Framework Contract (FWC) EUSPA/RP/01/22/Lot 4 was signed between EUSPA and THALES SIX GTS FRANCE SAS on the 14th of June 2023. The Specific Contract (SC) 1 under the above-mentioned FWC EUSPA/RP/01/22/Lot 4 was signed between the two contracting parties on the 4th of July 2023. During the SC implementation, a need has been identified by EUSPA for extension in scope of the activities covered by task 2 of the SC by an amendment, so as to introduce the activities of Preliminary and End to End Service level risk assessments. The foregoing extension in scope of the SC would result in: (i) addition of a new requirement stipulating that the contractor shall perform Preliminary risk assessments and End to End service level risk assessments for all environments as required following the Service implementation process. (ii) an update of the deliverable DLSAC8 of Annex SC. I so as to include Security risk assessments (PRAs, end to end Service level RAs). (iii) subsequent increase of the value of the Contract. Considering the nature of the amendment with the envisaged inclusion of the new activities on Preliminary & End to End Service level risk assessments, which are interrelated to the other activities performed under the SC, the associated increase in price (below 10% of the initial contract value, but above the thresholds referred to in Article 175(1) of the Financial Regulation 2018/1046) and the fact that the SC in question is based on a single FWC hence fulfilling the condition of interchangeability or interoperability requirements, the amendment fulfils all the cumulative conditions required by Article 172(3)(a) of the Financial Regulation.

Modification
Description des modifications: Article 3 ''Price'' of the SC 1 under the FWC EUSPA/RP/01/22 was amended to reflect the new maximum total price to be paid under the SC (i.e., from EUR 4,393,285.00 € to EUR 4,707,405.20 €). Accordingly, the Terms of Reference of the SC, constituting Annex SC.I to the SC, were replaced by an updated version covering the extension in scope of the SC. The same went with the Contractor’s specific offer, constituting Annex SC.II to the SC, also updated as necessary to respond to the extended needs of the Contracting Authority.
